Shipping policy

Where do we ship from?

All of our items are shipped from our warehouse in Weatherford, TX. 

Where do we ship? 

As of 2020 we are only shipping to the Continental USA. 

All orders over $100 receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING. 

Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 2-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times. If you are needing an order expedited, please email us at customerservice@flourishinfrills.com and we can invoice for expedited shipping. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped (if you do not receive please check your spam folder). 

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including federal holidays). All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping price is $8.95 if the order is under $100. It is free for orders over $100. 

Local Pickup

If you select local pick up at checkout you are welcome to pick up from our warehouse in Weatherford, TX Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10-2pm. Please note, it takes 2-4 business days to prepare pick up orders and you cannot pick up until you receive a confirmation email that your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pick up. We ask that you bring your order confirmation when picking up. We will not offer local pick up on federal holidays, as our business is closed. You must pick up your order within 2 weeks of when you receive a confirmation email that it has been fulfilled. If your order is not picked up within 14 days after you receive the pick up email please note we will reach out and have the right to cancel your order and give you store credit if it is not picked up within 30 days. Please check our Instagram to ensure our pick up is not closed on certain days.
