Return Policy Updated January 1st, 2025. 

To start a return, please access our customer portal.

Please read the below as our return policy has changed and keep in mind we are a small business who strives to bring you weekly new arrivals. 

We have a 14-day return for store credit policy. Which means you have 14 days from the day your order was delivered  to return to us FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

To be eligible for a return for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. You cannot return any items that were already purchased with store credit. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email with your store credit after the return has been processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges on the same item in a different size. All exchanges must be made within 14 days of when your order was delivered and are processed the same way a return is processed. If you would like to exchange your item for another size, we ask that you place your new order on our website to ensure it does not sell out.  After you send back your original item you are exchanging we will then process your return and initiate you store credit via email. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards + the below items cannot be returned for store credit. 

 

  • Shows evidence of wear
  • Was damaged after you tried on the item 
  • Has been washed
  • Does not have an Flourish in Frills tag  
  • Was purchased with a store credit (partially or full)
  • Is an intimate (bralettes) or bodysuit
  • Is a sale item
  • All sale items are final sale
  • Any item purchased at 25% off or more are final sale 
  • Seasonal promotions/sales are final sales no matter the discount 
  • Holiday/seasonal items are non returnable
  • Jewelry and accessories 

WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS AFTER THEY ARE PLACED. 

After your order has a tracking number and has been scanned in via UPS or USPS it is no longer under our control. If an order is lost you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
